What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supports eligible Australians living with permanent and significant disability. It provides funding for supports and services that help participants improve their daily living, build independence, develop skills, and take part in community life.
Through the NDIS, participants may receive support for personal care, daily activities, transport, household tasks, life skills, employment support, community participation, and more.
